Expiry Terms of Use
Last updated: June 7, 2026
Expiry uses Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA). By using Expiry, you agree to Apple's standard terms for licensed apps.
You can read Apple's standard EULA here: Apple Standard EULA.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Expiry Pro subscriptions and lifetime purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Prices, trials, renewals, cancellations, refunds, billing issues, and subscription management are handled by Apple.
Pro Household Sharing
A Pro household can include one owner, who is the Pro subscriber that created the household, and up to four invited guests. Invited guests can receive access to Pro features while they remain part of the shared household and while the owner's Pro entitlement is active. Shared household access may be removed if the owner stops sharing, removes a member, deletes the household, or no longer has an active Pro entitlement.
Your Content and Household Data
You are responsible for the item information, notes, photos, household names, member names, and other content you add to Expiry. If you share a household, members of that household may be able to view and modify shared household data.
Data Deletion
Expiry includes an in-app option to delete app data stored by Expiry on your device. Deleting app data does not cancel subscriptions, remove lifetime purchases, or issue refunds; purchases and subscriptions are managed separately by Apple.
Reminders and Item Information
Expiry is a household organization tool. Expiry dates, reminders, barcode lookup results, and OCR results may be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for checking labels, safety information, and product condition before using or consuming an item.
Availability
Syncing, sharing, subscriptions, purchases, and notifications depend on Apple services, iCloud, App Store availability, network connectivity, and device settings. Features may not be available in all situations.
