In-App Feedback and Error Reports

You can also send feedback or an error report from Expiry's Settings screen. Error reports may include app version, iOS version, device model, and recent app error log entries if you choose to include them.

Subscriptions and Billing

Expiry Pro monthly, annual, and lifetime purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. To manage or cancel a subscription, open your App Store account subscription settings. For refunds or billing problems, use Apple's App Store purchase support.

Deleting Your Data

In Expiry, open Settings > Account > Delete All My Data to remove app data stored by Expiry on your device, including items, households, categories, locations, shopping list entries, settings, diagnostics, and pending reminders. This cannot be undone. App Store subscriptions and purchases are managed separately by Apple. If you use iCloud sync or household sharing, you can also manage Expiry data in Apple's iCloud settings.

Household Sharing and Pro Access

A Pro household can include one owner, who is the Pro subscriber that created the household, and up to four invited guests. Invited guests receive Pro access while they remain part of the shared household and while the owner's Pro access is active. If an invitation does not appear, make sure both people are signed in to iCloud, have iCloud Drive available, and are online.

Syncing and Notifications

Expiry uses iCloud for syncing and household sharing. If data does not appear on another device, check iCloud sign-in, network connectivity, and whether Expiry is allowed to use iCloud. Expiry reminders are local notifications, so notification permission and device focus settings can affect whether alerts appear.

Camera, Photos, OCR, and Barcode Lookup

Camera and photo access are used only when you choose to scan, photograph, or attach an item image. OCR results and barcode lookup results are best-effort; always check the product label if an expiry date or product name looks wrong.
